About CalAE
CalAE is a workforce development and entrepreneurship training initiative designed to address critical gaps between traditional education outcomes and the needs of today’s labor market and small business economy. The program is created by Dr. Yanli He and directly supports federal priorities under the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Small Business Administration (SBA), and Economic Development Administration (EDA) by preparing participants for employment, self-employment, and small business creation through applied and industry-based training.
